About Me
My Name is Lauren and I am a single mum, recently diagnosed with ADHD who has a passion for software development. I built this tool to help me navigate life. I use it in every single aspect of my life. My work projects get planned in it. My ever increasing list of hobby projects are run using it. It helps me keep track of everything I have going on and means I can offload some of my executive function.
My brain is always on the go and I found tracking the endless thoughts, ideas and plans exhausting. I used to buy a notebook to store it all in, but then in typical ADHD fashion, I misplaced it. So the brain dump and the ideas features were born out of a wish to organise my thoughts in one place, that I can refer back to and convert to active projects when I am in the mood to pursue them. With a daughter in school, I found myself being bombarded with dates to remember. When she ended up being the only one in uniform on a ‘wear what you want day’, I knew I needed a way to include all her dates in my new centralised dashboard.Â
I hate cooking and meal planning continually drained me. My meal planner is able to remember the meals we like, the ingredients needed and the meal randomiser has changed my life. It sets my meal plan for the week and generates a shopping list of everything I need to make them. I go to the shops once a week to pick it all up and then I just cook what it tells me to make. No stress, no mental load, just a clear plan.
This tool is forever being worked on. New features and options will be added on a weekly basis. I welcome suggestions from users as to what you would like to see within it. Plus as I know that customisation is important, what appears in your version of the platform is completely up to you. Don’t need to keep track of job applications, turn that feature off. When you need it, just turn it back on. The same goes for the order of the side menu and what appears on your dashboard, everything is customisable to you.Â
I made this tool to help me, but I really hope it helps you. I love to hear feedback both good and bad (although please try not to trigger my rejection sensitivity!) so feel free to drop me an email or support ticket.Â
Thanks,Â
LaurenÂ
